Bridal and Prom

Due to the special nature of our business, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. We cannot be held responsible for variations in dye lots or delays beyond our control. Rush cuts are available at an additional charge.

Dresses are not made to the customer’s measurements and alterations are normally required. Changes cannot be made after gowns are ordered. Our consultants suggest sizes based on manufacturer size charts and measurements provided. The size chosen is ultimately your decision. We are not responsible for measurements taken outside of Elegance Boutique.

A fee of $25 will be assessed on any returned checks. Merchandise left unclaimed after 30 days of the scheduled wear date shall again become the property of Elegance Boutique and all monies paid shall be forfeited.

Tuxedo Policy

We cannot be held responsible for measurements not performed in our store. We will do everything possible to make any necessary corrections, however special freight charges may apply.

Cancelled weddings or cancelled tuxedos are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per tuxedo if cancelled 3 weeks or more before the wedding. If the tuxedo is cancelled within the 3 week time frame, there is a 50% cancellation fee per tuxedo. Late return tuxes are subject to a $50 per day late fee. Tuxedos are due back by 12pm Monday following the event.

If you pick up your tuxedo without trying it on, Elegance is not responsible for the fit and no credit will be given.
